in 1999 to help them do it. Since then, Ron has
built the company into a premier financial
resource not just in Winchester, but throughout
Virginia. Still very much involved in the hands-on
business of helping customers secure the best
possible rates, terms, and payments, Ron is
active in the Winchester Rotary and he, his wife
and three children are members of the Sacred
Heart Catholic Church.

Now residing in Inwood, WV, Katie is a native of
Winchester with more than a decade of mortgage
industry experience. Katie started her career as a
customer service representative and continues to
view people as the most important part of her job.
She works hard not just to satisfy customers’
needs, but also their “wants!” She has three
spoiled-rotten dogs and enjoys spending time
with her family at the softball field, bowling alley
and motorcycle track.

Just relocating to Cross Junction, VA, Holli is a native of West
Virginia. She has been involved in the Mortgage/Banking
Industry for over 20 years. In 1996 she started her own
mortgage company after developing her love of doing loans and
helping customers. Holli specializes in tailoring a mortgage
loan to the needs of her customers. For the past few years
she has been a stay at home mother to her four children and
welcomes returning to the work force.

Family is precious to Carolyn and outside of work
she devotes her time to her husband, three
daughters and four grandchildren.

long-time area resident, Sharon has three
decades of financial expertise, including 19 years
with F&M Bank/BB&T as well as positions with
two prominent Real Estate and Trust Attorneys in
Winchester and Upperville. She values the
relationships she has developed over the years
with her clients, colleagues and community and
takes pride in providing excellent customer
service. She has two children, Ron Price, Jr. and
Sonya Murphy, and three beautiful grandsons.

Holiday Country Club in Cross Junction.
